Can you fracture or isolate GL Rey?

Fracture is not a stun effect since it does not cause her to miss her turn, it just prevents her from gaining turn meter.
The only stun effects in the game right now are Stun and Fear.

Idk about Isolate but I don't see why not.

Lifeblood cannot be prevented, so she'll be able to apply it through Isolate.
