Can you tell me the best characters to farm?

Don't waste time/resources on Storm Trooper Han. A lot of reviews recommend him because when he's leveled all the way up he is useful, but he is terrible while you're leveling him up. He's called a tank but he dies quicker than any other tank in the game, for me.
