Only because they don't have him at 7* and get the floor mopped with their team when they face him. I thought he was a bit too much when I first faced him, decided to farm him heavily (investing all my crystals into refills), got him almost maxed right now and he really makes a difference.
Let's face it, those crying for character nerfs are a minority, but they make so much noise around here, the devs give in to their demands. Sadly, in most cases it's not a question of a character being OP, but the player being clueless. If anyone tries to convince me Dooku is OP, I will laugh in their face. He's not. That player simply has no clue how to deal with him. Leave him for last or just use a high-dps character to take him out (GS's Swarm kills Dooku 6-7 times out of 10 if the summoned ally is powerful enough, like Rey) and problem solved. But no, why bother learning, let's just ruin the game for everyone...
