Cantina; who do you farm?

Question

I've been farming JC (Jedi Councilar) but I'm almost done getting him to 7*

Not sure who to do next. Luke or Kylo?
Any other good choices out there?

What my team is today doesn't matter, I'm thinking long term, who is the best char in Cantina to farm.

I farmed Luke up to 6*s.  Now I am high enough lvl to farm Kylo.  I will farm him untill I can go for dooku.

I am working on Biggs until I get dooku opened currently. I like Biggs he is great in my plasma/solo team
