Cape on General Grievous

- Grievous never fights with his cape on. As soon as he starts spinning his arms around, he'll shred it to pieces. Literally no point in giving him one.
- I'd rather CG use the opportunity cost to address something important
- Would be fun for him to toss it off/shred it to pieces as said above at start of battle but agree bigger fish for CG to fry right now

- Oh, I completely get the practical reasons for not wanting one. But just look at this guy:
