Yeah, one of 3 things is happening:
You both get 100% TM at the same time, and he wins the coon toss.
He has reaper on the field and a ship dies between 3 and 4.
His tie dodges between 3 and 4.
Possibly: Executrix hits a TL enemy with Vader in the field. I don’t know if that’s how it’s supposed to work, but I feel like I’ve see that work against me before where an enemy Chimaera with less speed than mine took turns faster with no Tie Fighter/Reaper on the field. I’d have to do some research to be certain though.
