Splitting up Galactic Republic squads

I'm more or less an idiot when it comes to theory-crafting, so I'm asking for input on if I need to shuffle these squads to make them more powerful.

JMK, CAT, Snips, GK, and Shaak Ti

Beq, KAM, Mace, Barriss, and Secure

QA, MQG, POW, JKA, and Padme
