In his kit it says that 501st clones get speed for each 501st clone. If I have 4 501st would I get +16% or would it be only +12% for each clone

Its +4% speed for each 501st ally (Ahsoka and General Skywalker too!)
You would get +16% speed boost for having 4 501st toons in your team
