Carth OR: 17.5k power - Zeta or G12?

I tried using them against FO and the match timed out because I couldn't kill either Kylo. Their almost-immunity to DOT damage and healing every time they get a status resulted in them just slugging it out with my whole team for four minutes straight - I have the zeta on Carth so they couldn't kill me either.
I guess it might work if you're way faster than them, but my guys are mostly rocking speeds in the +60-70 range so I couldn't stack up enough DOTs for Carth to one-shot them.
