Im 97/100 from 7* (yea i know smh, 3 stinkin shards away haha) and max gear of course.
I think hes quite versitile. Love him.
Is he a game changer? No
In any way OP? No
Is he solid? Decently
Is he fun? Yes
Can he be clutch? For sure
