I like him too. At first, I wasn't impressed. I have him only a 5* level 7 gear (60 player level). all his abilities are level 4; I count on his Outrage to generally finish off any premiere character showing red or a little yellow. Very dependable there. I use him as Phasma lead always. He also has nice counters and gets real nasty when below 50% health.
