I read in another thread that Tusken Shaman heal is bugged, healing everybody for a percentage of their own health instead of a percentage of Shaman's health, as the skill description says.

Seriously. If that's the case... Can GC release ONE toon that isn't somehow broken right from the start? This is getting old.
