I wanted to highlight something I said in the other thread which is what the core issue with the fix/nerf on echo, and the collateral damage to cody.

Now, if a character is balanced based on a bug or feature, irrelevant at this point, and then some time later that is removed with no mitigation, this has an impact on the balance equation.
Enter cody, who's assist triggers the entire team, prompting echo to assist at a % chance on each of them, these additional assists will trigger cooldown reduction on cody's if they crit. Note that the additional assists are not guaranteed at 60% chance and neither are they guaranteed to crit. Practically, full clone teams reduce the cooldown on codys assist to an average of 3-4 turns.
Now, it is also certain that cody balancing would have had echos feature/bug present during balance testing from CG. Look at the gif from codys official strategy post, u can see multiple assists happening out of turn.

Note that these were also from supermods during dev testing.
To drive the point home, fixes/nerfs are happening without consideration of the balance equation. We are purchasing something that is no longer balanced and we should demand that this is addressed. "
