The reason to use the 4* or 5* health mods is that they can have excellent secondary stats - like +10 speed. However, these should be on JE rather than the damage dealers. If you have extras - some folks can only do the Health Mod Challenge - then maybe the overall stats are better than 1* or 2* Critical Damage.
Why didn't they give Droids any love in Mod Challenges??? Unless you have a level 80 account, droid arena teams are a bit out of luck when it comes to Mod Challenges...
