If any of you play magic the gathering, you'd understand mechanics of the stack. Dispel caused OB's ability to add to the stack, thus applying taunt, then next goes fracture, then goes damage.

1. Dispel
2. Taunt
3. Fracture
4. Damage

Or if you'd prefer
1. Dispel
1.5. Taunt
2. Fracture
3. Damage
