Why would anyone run thrawn in arena vs Ben? The thing that makes him good is Fracture. Now he essentially doesnt have Fracture vs Ben. He just has a dispell, and thus there are many other better dispellers.

Which is a hell of a point. And really, his only use is fracture? What about TM switch? Than can be pretty key too.
