Almost, K2's zeta is worse. He gains 1% max protection every time he takes damage
K2 doesn't recover Protection, he increases his max Protection. Ppl dismiss his zeta as bad because they separate him alone. He's meant to be under Jyn lead. Increasing Protection pool with 5% regeneration every time he's attacked (taunt buff gained from counter) is actually pretty solid.
