there it is, i said it. Chaze doesn't hold best on defence and isn't part of the best team available for arena. I'm not saying chaze isn't great anymore, not common anymore, not capable of competing ...

I don't know. 40% of my top 10 are running Baze. About 40% of my top 20 are running him. Then it jumps to about 70% of my top 50 are running a Baze. My shard is Dec 2015. The top 10/top 20 is basically the same people.
