Chewbacca 2 questions

1.... Is GUARD dispellable ? Doesn't seem to be from reading the description, just wanna make sure.

2... If Chewbacca assists bc of GUARD, does that count as a turn ?

    But if you mod Chew for crit d and offense those assists really add up the damage.
