Problem with this is, it specifically says the dispel is BEFORE the attack. Therefore all foresights should be removed prior to the damage going through. Most people dont even use this attack for the damage (although it is good damage), most use it for the mass dispel. Either the ability is bugged or the wording is wrong, and if its the wording this has been a problem for months that can take 5 seconds to fix by just editing the ability description
