Do you think Wedge is the best way to go for the other non required rebel ? (I understand Biggs is a must have any way)

Edit: I love Scimitar, he wins me games when I use his buff on the Tie Figther but its so slow, I've been farming him since I got ships, My boba is 5 stars and Vader is 4 , meanwhile scimitar is not even close to 4 and I'm not sure if I'll ever use Maul for anything unlike Vader and Boba.
