Chirpa drop rate
Does chirpa have a worse drop rate than every other toon? Just went 0/15

edit: yes I have a 7 star Chirpa, but I don't remember the drop rate being any worse than any other toon.
I took this advice and maybe subconsciously it did make a difference.
