Any tips on how to get past LV? The “When the mighty fall” modifier is wrecking all my GLs. TIA.

I was able to beat it shortly after posting with JML, JKR, JLS, Jolee, and Hoda. On the other hand, the one by one feat seems to be bugged. I’m marked four units multiple times and still haven’t gotten credit for it.
