Conquest is totally broken.
good job devs you killed another part of the game because god forbid F2P be able to compete.

This was provided in the dev post talking about Conquest. That site is updated with the data mine, or shortly after. The disc information is available there.
But not made available on the forums. Somewhere is better than nowhere as long as it is accurate.
Maybe if they give Conquest it's own sub Forum we can give things like that their own spot, but it was officially announced as a resource for this information. So yes, better than nothing.
