Conquest sector 2 boss bugged?

I don’t see how you haven’t read the modifiers for a boss battles after so many Conquests. Especially for a particularly annoying boss battle in its third iteration

Why should I read? What fun is that? It’s more fun to complain on the forums and make the people who actually read do all the work
