Could use some advice for mods

What are the best mod sets for simple general use? Should I just go with what the game recommends? Or just mod to the character's natural strengths? Or is there a resource out there that shows what the best jack of all trades sets are? Obviously I'm not looking to be competitive, just playing to have fun. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I know speed primaries/secondaries are op. Just don't have a clue as to what sets are best for each character. Especially people like vader or enfys who all can all benefit from a variety of mod types. Just trying to cut back on farming.
