yes each attack is independent.

I'm sorry I really can't. It was a random team on Galactic War. I remember noticing it when he was the last one. If I come across it again, I will try to write down who all was on the team. However, I seem to recall him missing my characters outright, no foresight, and seeing the health regen as well.
