Count Dooku

There was a thread lately necroed in general discussion but im very interested to continue the discussion abaut him here.

Maul lead lets him start with 20% tm so to get to the first move he only has to fill 80% tm. So for the first turn he will have an effective speed of 1.25 times his base speed which is really the only time you can calculate the difference
273*1.25=341 effective speed first turn.
Stuns are not supposed to go thru fs. Ep's did because GK fs was broke. It should now be fixed.


Thank you for correcting my math. As i said is there anyone faster than dooku's effective 341 speed on first turn? Did anyone try dooku under maul zeta against GK and his crew?
  • Fast or not, he's got an old kit. He has a feather-sword as far as I'm concerned when toons like Maul, TIE Pilot, Wedge, Boba, etc are walking the arena. Please, by all means, put him on your teams.

    Dooku's a utility character. No real damage, can't take a lot of hits, but has that double stun and anti Jedi synergies. The problem is he's awful on defense. If you could set a defense team, like in the tournaments, you'd be able to switch utility characters in and out depending on the enemy composition.

    Unfortunately having to defend with your attack team is part of the arena strategy. Otherwise every defense team would be; Zarriss plus four tanks, a lot of the time with GK lead and Fives.
  • He's decent against regular teams under maul zeta. Nowhere near the force he used to be, but okay. Slot is much better filled by other toons

    Special: Force Lightning
    Chance to debuff increased.
    Omega: 50% chance to inflict Shock in addition to +15% Damage.
    Damage increased.
    Unique: Flawless Riposte
    ZETA: Count Dooku gains Critical Hit Immunity for 1 turn and recovers 10% Protection whenever he counterattacks.
