Counter for Hound's Tooth Reinforcement?

I've only faced one amped up HT so far - 4 star ship, but 7 star pilot with a zeta, and I did poorly. I had his health and protection down low at first, but by the end of the fight he was at max again.

Am I supposed to dispel with Cassian or Ahsoka? Or just try to blow him up with DPS? someone mentioned Wedge in another thread, but I don't understand that one.

Hoping for a strategy so I can do a little better next time.
