Darth Nihilus Basic Attack Question (Cooldown reduction)

DN can reduce cooldown of his AOE, when he removes enemy's buff with his basic (foresight does not count) My question is, does that reduce cooldown by 1 per buffs removed? Or just by 1 per enemy that...

Its 1 cooldown reduced for each buff dispelled. The wordings are wrong.
