Is anyone else seeing multiple people resisting Vader basic ability block even though they are Jedi or rebels? Does t not say this can’t be evaded or resisted in the description? If so they how is gk ...

The ability block can't be resisted by rebels or Jedi. But the attack has a 20% chance not to inflict ability block. If you've seen the word "resisted" pop up on screen, that's a big and you should report it. Otherwise, 80% of the time, it'll work every time.
