Then the wording for terminate should be fixed for Spanish because it says "si se derrota a un enemigo" what means if an enemy is defeated. In English as I can see now it says if there are enemies defeated.
After seeing this difference I now understand how it works and why DM is not applied. So this should be a fix for the wording in Spanish.
