Defeated enemies counter might not take summoned enemies into account.

Question

Just finished a node in sector 5 with a GBA, and thus a summoned Brute. Killed all 6 of them, Sun Fac was the last one standing. Feat counter displayed only 5 enemies beat. It's the first node and the fear says 5/100, so I'm pretty certain that summoned characters aren't counted as enemies when you defeat them.
Anyone else experienced this?

They don't. It's stated in the kits for the summoners.
