Defense Penetration vs Armor Penetration
On the character stats page, there is Defense Penetration under General and Armor Penetration under Physical Offense (and also Resistance Penetration under Special Offense).
What is Defense Penetration? It appears to be 0% on every character I check, but it is referenced in abilities (such as T3 Master Gearhead). Does it cover both armor and resistance penetration, the way that "offense" affects both physical damage and special damage? If so, is its spot in the character stats irrelevant and should be deleted?
