Despicable support (my time is worthless apparently)
So, i came back to investigate how the game is performing after quitting many years back. I don’t even care to share my opinion on that as we all know which direction the game is/has continually going/gone.
However, despite that I have still had enough of a break for their to be a refreshment of things to do, so I hooked up with a new guild and invested quite a bit of my time for them. Working on a few raid teams. One of which was a separatist team. A long story short I found geonosian brood alpha to be an excellent fit. Casually working on him over the last month or so. Well last night I decided to make them my main focus and unlocked his Zeta ability.
That was a mistake.
I found out today that geonosian brute cannot be summoned in any raid. Despite it not saying so in the ability that directly summons him. Nor in the zeta that also summons him.
Instead you have to have the foresight to read ALL of the geonosian brute text for a variable that has never occurred in the game before this point— it isn’t even in the first line. it’s in the final paragraph right slap bang in the middle in the same generic non bold text as anything else.
So, having none of this nonsense I contact Support. Support quickly tells me they can do nothing despite my obvious dissatisfaction.
I am told that all they can do is add 100 crystals to my account as compensation.
100 CRYSTALS?!
You mean to say the time it took to farm 20 zeta materials and 50 omegas is worth 1$? You mean to tell me that people who exploited the Malak event are being rewarded with more than someone who has fallen to the fallacy of poorly labled ability descriptions ON YOUR PART.
Gee thanks. Let us hope that you don’t start selling food stuff that ‘may contain nuts’.
