Did GL Rey get nerfed aswell ?
Rey's whirlwind - instead of doing 3x massive damage, now does 2x massive damage + 7 % more damage per relic level... Mathematically it seems a nerf unless at relic 7/8 ? Or am I missing something...

Nowadays with so many GLs, keeping a couple at r5 makes sense. the buff from r5 to r7/8 isn't huge, but the resource expenditure is. And with so many GLs there are going to be at least a couple you use only when it's to your advantage in the matchup (SEE vs JML in arena, say). Leaving those at r5 or even r4 makes sense, since it's the kits that are going to deliver the victory, not those last couple relic levels.
