This. The two are unrelated. If you've reported the cheater, that's all you can do. If you come on the forums unable to act like an adult and make inflammatory posts, that's subject to moderation.
And as discussion of moderation is also against forum guidelines, I will be closing this thread, as there is nothing more productive to be added.
