Does “all allies/enemies” include capital ships?
From a discussion in my guild about fleet arena, we noticed that there are a number of ships that give/take turn meter to/from all allies/enemies, and we can’t figure out if that only affects fighters, or if capital ships are affected as well. The discussion was started because one of our guild members had an enemy Executrix get off its ultimate first even though our guild member’s TIE Fighter dodged a couple times and the opponent didn’t have one. Any insight?
