Does 50% damage reduction due to armor mean the same thing on Nebit as Bossk?

My Nebit stat-wise is a bit beefy, but he still goes down in a few hits against attacks that I don't think should be hurting that much. Is there a hidden stat multiplier that I am unaware, or do thei...
