Does Ackbar need to be nerfed for fleet battles?

I also think it's because he's readily accessible. Tarkin is as easy to farm, but much less useful until now. I actually had Mace and AA when they announced ships and wasn't farming anyone in arena shipments. I now have Tarkin at 7* but need to finish level and gearing him. I haven't really worked with Mace much so I can't speak to his usefulness in ships. I do agree that the bulk of players I see use AA and it is kind of annoying.
