Does crackling doom (EP uniq) feed tm to cls (no uniq buff)
So. When enemy has EP, rebels take 20% hp damage on each turn until EP is gone..
If my Han or other rebel take turn before cls' first turn, will that 'non attack damage on my rebels' feed tm to cls? Since, cls gets 5 or 10 % turnmeter whenever rebel ally is damaged(when he does not have call to action buff obviously)?
