Does Gar Saxon look any good?

He's definitely not the worst character in the line up. Even if you don't zeta him he could be interesting to work with. Also finding a team for him wouldn't be too difficult. An all out attack team might have a place for a high level gar with some tenacity mods so he can resist some effects that would nullify his abilities...
