Does Grevious Ever Become Good?
I have him up to gear 10 and he’s still awful. I have him with health mods and more often than not he seems to die immediately. Am I missing something? Or does he only get good at g12?

As others have said, he needs to be g12. Those g12 peices add a lot of health. Once those g12 finishers are out that health will effect the mods too
