Does Grevious Ever Become Good?
I have him up to gear 10 and he’s still awful. I have him with health mods and more often than not he seems to die immediately. Am I missing something? Or does he only get good at g12?

Yep. Doesn't evolve to General Gyrados, er, Grievous until g12+5.
