- It is true that it hurts a bit, but if used right it won't be much. I prefer to have three with close to full health for the heal, and it's pretty easy for Bariss to be near full because she has massive hp and usually considered a low priority target. Most of the time I can bring toons back from the brink of death with her. In arena however, Luminara is better because her heal is just as good and she does way more damage. Bariss is amazing in GW though. With her as leader, I can usually maintain a squad with nearly full health to the end.
- Her heal is a lot like thumbtack.. used properly it can be a great asset. Used carelessly it can really hurt. :/
- Just wondering. I dont have her, and havent gone deep enough into LS/DS/Cantina to get any shards of her.

So farm her in cantina and use the credit coins from it to buy old daka. As she is essential for dark side battles.

Sometimes I have to retreat and shift things for a battle to get RNG on my side. Sometimes I substitute RG for my Rex if I'm not seeing any debuffs on the enemy side. I have like 20 Barriss shards.- My experience has been that Barriss definitely makes GW easier. I only put her in the lead slot on the hardest nodes with only 1 Jedi or less for Darth Maul to chew on.
- I see Maul very rarely in GW. And on those rare occasions he is dead before he gets a chance to attack.
- She's especially good with characters with a lot of HP and make her leader to buff them even higher.
Her heal is far less useful with squishy characters.
I'm not saying you should swap out for Chewbacca, I'm just clarifying that because it's based on PERCENTAGE, characters with 15-20,000 max HP (including her buff these are real HP totals) will get huge heals out of her.
Barris as lead with Luminara (I'm assuming we are talking GW) gives great healing because the max HP boost helps Lumi heal more...and Luminara's heal lasts for 2 more turns.
Also obviously the HP buff increases everyone's max HP which helps Barris' secondary heal as well. - 5 characters:
100%, 95%, 90%, 75%, 25%
= total 385%
divided by 5
= 77%
So all 5 characters are set to 77% (which is a lot of healing for the 25%)
Then they also get the 15% healing on top of that
which puts them all at:
92%, 92%, 92%, 92%, 92%
Nobody gets (very) hurt in the standard GW usage of this power.
Where you will see someone get hurt is if AI is down to Barris + one other character, then the AI will turn one green + one red/yellow into two yellow. - If you are worried about Barriss hurting your other toons, you are using her wrong.
