Don't give resistance trooper speed just offence.

Under Zfinn he's goes all the time. Also since they fixed expose I had him go 3 times in a row using his basic in GW. I also made it to node 11 with just Finn, poe and RT. My trooper can have more offence but he's only gear 10. My arrow is also offence not speed.

    In p2 or p4 I generally try to use it on the main cannon just before I topple for that exact reason, speed down.
