Dooku and Sid need scaled down

Another Dooku lover. His counter is proced by any attack. Whether it does damage or not.
If you've seen that happen it's a bug. I've fought hundreds of battles with and hundreds of battles against Dooku and I've never seen him counter if he wasn't hit. Obviously neither have most other people on the forums since "Dooku lovers" that you so cutely call us seems to be the majority (if not all) of the experienced players.
Lots of times I have used an AOE vs him and he didn't counter because he dodged.
Maybe that's why he feels he is OP. Because of the things Dooku can do in his imagination.
