Dooku gets turn bonuses if he is called to assist. And he gets bouses against Jedi. And he can gain turn meter. Then he becomes a nightmare. Because I run with Dooku, I love it :)
Next time don't attack Dooku with Jedi, unless you are are sure you can kill him.
