He has chance to gain turn meter when attacking outside of his turn. That includes when he counters, gets called for an assist, or when he gains a bonus attack. He's a beast, and I farmed so I could have a one man Jedi killer. He is squishy and can be stunned. Like the other guy said, hit him with anything but a Jedi. I personally like to use 5ives on him. His attack slows Dooku, and he also had an assist and a large health pool.
