There's a couple of 329 speed DR on my shard. That's +163 from mods. There's maybe faster ones out there. So it can be done, you just need to keep hammering away at the mod farming. Closing G12 will take these guys up to 339 (8 speed from the closing piece, plus the 20 speed from the right hand side of G12 will be taken into account by a speed mod set bonus for an extra two speed).
